Kit 1 – Kit 2

Kit 1: Designed to develop the proprioceptive stimulation of upper limbs, with specific reference to goalkeeper training. The same colour and size but different weight and, above all, different reactions to adapt in the shortest possible time, to increase the sensitivity of the joint proprioceptors. Kit 2: The same concept of Kit 1 but with differences in weight very close to that of the official ball, so as to increase the perception of even small differences in the trajectory and speed of the ball.
